Everyone has their own gifts, strengths, style - AND timetable. Change will come in its rightful time. We can improve our health and enjoy happinesss regardless of our size or illness.
You're the star and Laura cheers you on in your nourishing journey. She listens carefully to your goals and concerns and notes your strengths. As a nurse, she is comprehensive, holistic and a good sleuth!
